Scarpaci/Kelly Productions, Inc.

Scarpaci/Kelly Productions is a Los Angeles based independent production company. Phil Scarpaci and Pattie Kelly, an award winning directing and producing team, are the principals of the company. Their most recently completed independent feature, "Blue Bus", has made multiple festival appearances so far in the U.K. and the United States.

Their independent feature, "Welcome to September", won numerous film festival awards including Berkeley Film Festival's " Best of the Festival", the Cine Golden Eagle, Mania Film Festival's "Best Feature", JAFF Film Festival's "Best Feature" and "Best American Feature" at the Swansea Bay Film Festival, Wales. Other festival appearances included the Palm Beach International Film Festival, Newport Beach Film Festival, Flint Film Festival, Dead Center Film Festival and the Big Bear Lake Film Festival. "Welcome to September" is currently distributed by York Entertainment.

Scarpaci/Kelly also created, developed and produced the award winning live action and animated Disney children's series, "Beyond the Page", based upon bestselling children's books. Awards included the Cine Golden Eagle, Film Council Bronze Plaque and Learning Magazine Teacher's Choice Award. They have also just completed their second episode for a new Disney children's series entitled "Safety Smart Science" with Bill Nye the Science Guy which just recently won the prestigious IDMA/DVDA Excellence Awards 2009 for Excellence in Children's Programming.

Scarpaci/Kelly is currently in development on their next two features, "The Money Tree", a family adventure film and "Game Day", an hilarious comic romp set in Ireland.
